The palate is alive with zesty green pepper nuances, which flow into a slight saline and seaweed character – a great example of this site-specific Sauvignon Blanc.

Light vegetarian pasta with fresh herbs or scallops in a fresh citrus jus topped with marinated orange peel is a perfect match.
