Groote Post Shiraz is a distinguished red wine from South Africa’s Darling region, known for its elegant expression of the Shiraz grape. The 2021 vintage offers aromas of white pepper and violets, typical of the region, complemented by smoky spice and a subtle saltiness on the palate. The wine presents well-rounded tannins that linger, showcasing its complexity and depth.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this Shiraz undergoes fermentation in both open top and closed stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in 300L oak barrels for 14 months.
