This wine offers intense red fruit and spice aromas, complemented by subtle hints of cedar from 18 months of maturation in French oak barrels. The palate is layered with well-balanced tannins, showcasing the harmonious fusion of these two varietals.

Crafted in the Western Cape’s Franschhoek Valley, this blend reflects Haute Cabrière’s commitment to innovative winemaking. The Arnim Family Réserve pays tribute to the versatility and history of Pinot Noir, offering a unique expression of this grape alongside Syrah. With an alcohol content of 13.5% and a residual sugar of 2.0 g/l, it is recommended to be enjoyed at a temperature of 16–18°C.
